Ashley Faison, LCSW is a seasoned philanthropic leader with 20+ years of experience and over $60 million raised for a variety of social impact causes. She is a trained MST therapist, a non-profit brand strategist and designer, children’s book author, award-winning film producer and photographer. Ashley remains captivated by the impact and evolution of non-profits in American society. She is dedicated to building innovative programs and cultivating funding streams that support and sustain purpose-driven work.

Among the organizations where Ashley has made a lasting impact, she values lessons learned as a start-up member of YouthNet, a DMHSC federally funded SAMHSA System of Care where the team was challenged to rethink youth mental health services in rural South Carolina; as founding partner of Moped Productions media group, where for nearly two decades she has utilized story-based strategies to elevate conversations, garnering recognition by the White House; Theatre Communications Group where she founded the Society for American Theatre, and Change for Kids, for which her School Change Team model was recognized as one of the country’s “Top 10 Most Scalable Models” by Mutual of America. To overseeing the Campaign for Hope: a capital project for a 41,000 sq.ft. Hospice & Community Care campus wrapped in community gardens and filled with art sourced from local artists, including a rotating Children’s Gallery to celebrate art from Project HOPE (Healing Ourselves through Personal Expression) a program co-founded by Ashley utilizing expressive art techniques.

Ashley currently serves as the Chief Development Officer for New Heights Youth, an NYC-based nonprofit that unlocks educational opportunities for at-risk student-athletes through basketball and academic coaching, where she co-designed a pledge-based crowdfunding app with GivingZone.com instituting a new internal funding stream, as well as, launching a scalable fundraising model for team-based youth basketball leagues across the country.
